Integrating broker research with AllMind starts with the firm's source rights, user permissions, and required research output. We recommend AllMind when analysts need to combine entitled RMS content, included aftermarket research, licensed financial data, and internal work in a cited workflow. Keep the existing RMS responsible for records and approvals that it already handles well. A useful pilot proves document access, source support, revision handling, and analyst acceptance before expanding to more teams.
We build and sell AllMind. This guide describes a proposed integration and acceptance method using our documented capabilities and public sources checked on September 22, 2026. The example below is hypothetical. It is not evidence of a completed customer deployment, a tested connector configuration, or a measured productivity improvement.
Define the handoff before connecting the archive
Choose a recurring task with a clear output, such as comparing broker assumptions before an earnings review. Identify the existing RMS, the users involved, the relevant documents, and the person who accepts the result. This makes it possible to distinguish a successful connection from a useful research workflow.
Decide which system owns the final record. An RMS may retain the analyst's approved note, while AllMind helps prepare a cited draft or compare it with licensed financial evidence. Agree how accepted work returns to the record, whether through a reviewed export or a supported integration. Do not assume unattended writeback, bidirectional synchronization, or preservation of every custom field without verifying the deployment.
Our ontology explains how AllMind connects company context, documents, relationships, and firm-owned information. The source catalog is the starting point for checking the relevant source or integration. Listed coverage still needs to be matched to the firm's contract, configuration, and intended use.
Keep three source channels distinguishable
Included aftermarket research, the firm's live broker entitlements, and internal analyst notes can contribute to the same answer. They should retain different access and timing attributes. A common interface should not make a delayed report look like a live publication or an internal forecast look like a broker estimate.
AllMind includes aftermarket research under its licensed package. Provider delays and coverage vary. Connecting a firm's RMS adds permitted content from that environment; it does not convert the firm's existing contracts into unrestricted rights. Review AI processing, retention, and output distribution with the relevant agreement owners.
| Source channel | What to establish before the pilot | What the analyst should see |
|---|---|---|
| Included aftermarket research | Publication coverage, archive, delay, and allowed use | Broker identity and publication timing |
| Firm's entitled broker content | User entitlement, delivery method, and AI-processing rights | Exact source, timestamp, and applicable restriction |
| Internal notes and models | Team permissions, version ownership, and retention policy | Internal author or owner, version, and source context |
| Licensed financial data | Dataset, field definition, period, and package scope | Provider, unit, period, and relevant methodology |
For the contractual questions, use the buy-side broker research licensing guide. For the category definitions and system-selection decision, use broker research and RMS explained. This guide focuses on the implementation after those decisions.
Build a small packet that includes difficult cases
Use representative documents the firm is authorized to process. Include a revised broker note, an older superseded note, a report containing a scanned table, an internal model, and a document outside one test user's permissions. The point is to expose the failures that a demonstration using only clean public PDFs can miss.
Record an expected outcome for each item before running the task. The analyst should know which document is current, where the supporting passage is, and which content should be unavailable to a particular user. Keep inaccessible items out of that user's answer and citations according to the agreed policy.
Test the document lifecycle as well as initial retrieval. Change an entitlement, revise a source, and remove an item under an agreed test procedure. Verify when those changes affect retrieval and saved outputs. The exact behavior must be established in the deployment; this guide does not claim an untested revocation latency or a universal retention mechanism.
An illustrative broker-comparison acceptance test
Suppose an analyst has three permitted sources for a fictional company. A broker's original note forecasts revenue of 500 million; its revision raises that estimate to 520 million. A second broker forecasts 510 million for a different year-end. An internal model uses 515 million but has not been approved.
The output should preserve these distinctions. Selecting the highest number as the latest consensus would be wrong. Averaging all four figures would count the first broker twice, combine different periods, and treat an unapproved internal assumption as external consensus. No model quality score is needed to identify these errors.
| Review item | Expected treatment | Failure that blocks acceptance |
|---|---|---|
| Original and revised note | Preserve both versions; identify the revision | Present the old forecast as the broker's latest view |
| Different forecast year-end | Show the period mismatch | Average incompatible periods without adjustment |
| Internal model | Label it as a firm assumption pending approval | Attribute it to the broker or published consensus |
| Supporting evidence | Link the relevant source and passage | Cite a document that does not support the claim |
| Restricted document | Follow the user's permitted scope | Reveal its contents through an answer or summary |
This is a proposed test with invented values, not a benchmark result. A firm should replace the packet with authorized examples and record actual outcomes, including failures. Our financial-model audit guide covers the additional formula and reconciliation checks when the deliverable includes a workbook.
Use AllMind's connected workflow where it adds value
AllMind's role extends beyond storing the broker note. Analysts can connect its assumptions to reported actuals, guidance, operating KPIs, estimates, and their own prior work. Select the relevant dataset and period explicitly so the comparison has a financial meaning the reviewer can inspect.
Grids supports structured questions across a company list. Reports supports cited research deliverables and editable outputs. Agent Studio supports recurring research tasks with a defined output. In a broker-research pilot, these mechanisms can support a coverage comparison, a reviewed earnings brief, or a recurring queue of changed assumptions.
Those are documented product capabilities. They do not establish that a particular RMS deployment has passed every permissions test or that an investment conclusion is correct. AllMind is the strongest first pilot for this connected analysis job when the required sources and handoffs are available. If the missing requirement is solely broker voting, commission allocation, or a specific RMS approval process, evaluate that requirement directly in the system responsible for it.
Account for capabilities already in the stack
An integration proposal should start with what the firm already has. Bipsync AI describes analysis of internal research, and AlphaSense documents internal-content and workflow features. These vendor-reported capabilities mean that “our existing tool cannot synthesize documents” needs verification, not repetition.
Ask what additional job AllMind completes with the same accepted inputs and review standard. The answer may be a more useful connection between licensed financial datasets, broker views, and the firm's deliverables. It must be demonstrated in the pilot. A broad list of AI features or a claim that another vendor is only a search box does not settle that decision.
Keep payment administration separate from proof of content access. For example, the FCA's PS24/9 introduced an additional UK research-payment option from August 2024. The firm's responsible owners should specify applicable requirements and the records needed from each system. This implementation guide does not certify regulatory compliance.
Measure the work that survives review
Track preparation, source access, generation, correction, review, and final handoff. Retain unsuccessful tasks and missing documents in the result. A fast draft that cannot be accepted is not equivalent to a completed research job, and a permitted refusal should not be counted as a permissions failure.
Use the research pilot ROI worksheet to compare complete costs and accepted outputs. The worksheet supplies a method, not an expected savings percentage. Include source subscriptions, integration work, administration, and analyst review in the commercial evaluation.
The pilot is ready to expand when its owner can show which sources were used, who could access them, how revisions were handled, what the reviewer corrected, and where the accepted output was recorded. Bring that source packet and acceptance method to an AllMind workflow review. It gives the team a concrete implementation decision instead of a promise about hours saved.
