Using AllMind
How is AllMind different from general-purpose LLMs?
AllMind is purpose-built for institutional investors and fundamental equity research teams. It combines premium financial data from providers including S&P Global, FactSet, LSEG, and Third Bridge with regulatory filings, earnings transcripts, investor relations materials, live news, and your firm's own research. A financial ontology connects companies, securities, events, and their relationships, giving the AI financial context across these sources.
AllMind automates research workflows from company analysis and comps to earnings reviews, investment memos, Excel models, and presentations. Chat answers link to supporting passages, Grids provide citations for individual cells, and Reports connect claims to the underlying documents. Your team can move from a question to a working deliverable and inspect the evidence along the way.
The platform combines these workflows with SOC 2 Type II compliance, encryption, and tenant isolation. We never train models on customer data, and our model providers operate under zero data retention policies. Teams can scope their research to selected sources and use their own report templates and connected systems.
AllMind can be used through our web platform, including single-tenant options, deployed on premise, connected to compatible AI tools through MCP, or integrated into your own applications through APIs.
What makes AllMind suitable for investment professionals?
AllMind brings the data and workflows used by investment professionals into one research platform. Asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and sell-side teams can analyze companies, compare a coverage universe, monitor earnings, and build investment memos from licensed data and primary documents. Corporate strategy and investor relations teams can use the same platform for peer analysis, Street research, and earnings preparation.
Analysts can combine filings, broker research, expert interviews, and internal documents in a single investigation, then turn the findings into cited reports, Excel models, or presentations. Reusable Grids and report templates help teams apply a consistent research process across names and reporting periods. Source links keep the evidence available for a portfolio manager, colleague, or client to review.
What makes AllMind AI-native?
AllMind is built around agents that carry out research workflows. Data ingestion, financial relationships, retrieval, analysis, and document generation work together in the same system. The financial ontology gives those agents a shared understanding of companies, securities, events, and the evidence connecting them.
That means a research question can become a comparison across hundreds of companies in Grids, a report in your firm's format, or a recurring task in Agent Studio. The data, source references, and workflow stay connected as the work moves from discovery to analysis and delivery.
How does the platform work at a high level?
You ask a question or define a research task. AllMind's agents use retrieval, data connectors, and analysis tools to gather relevant evidence from licensed datasets, public documents, and the internal sources available to your workspace. The financial ontology connects that evidence to the companies, securities, and relationships involved in your question.
The agents analyze the material and produce an answer, comparison, report, or other deliverable. Citations lead back to the supporting documents and passages, so you can inspect the original context, validate a finding, and continue the research. You can also scope a task to a Data Room containing only the documents you select.
How accurate is AllMind's AI-generated output?
AllMind grounds its research in source material and makes the evidence available for review. Chat responses include clickable citations to the underlying filing, transcript, or report; Grids attach sources to individual answers; and generated reports link claims to supporting documents. You can open a citation, read the passage in context, and check the figure or conclusion without searching for the source yourself.
This traceability helps your team validate findings and investigate further. AI-generated research still requires analyst review, particularly for material figures, assumptions, and investment conclusions.
Data and security
What data sources are available in AllMind?
AllMind's catalog spans 6,800+ premium data sources from more than 100 providers and partners. It includes company fundamentals, analyst estimates and revisions, financial ratios, ownership, supply-chain relationships, market data, earnings transcripts, filings, investor presentations, broker research, expert interviews, ESG metrics, macroeconomic releases, and alternative datasets.
Named providers include S&P Global and Capital IQ, FactSet, LSEG, MSCI, and Third Bridge. You can also upload your own documents or connect firm systems such as research-management platforms, cloud drives, and data warehouses to add proprietary context. Uploading internal data is optional, and we never train models on customer content. Access to specific datasets and broker research depends on your subscription and entitlements.
Where does AllMind's data come from?
AllMind combines licensed financial providers with primary public sources and your firm's permissioned information. Examples include FactSet fundamentals and company relationships, LSEG estimates, S&P Global and Capital IQ data, MSCI ESG data, and Third Bridge expert insights. Public sources include SEC and SEDAR+ filings, European disclosures, company investor relations sites, earnings calls, central banks, and statistical agencies.
Broker research is available through provider-specific access arrangements, including aftermarket content and the firm's own entitlements for real-time research. Citations connect research findings to their source material so your team can inspect the evidence directly.
Does AllMind have global data coverage?
AllMind currently covers 18 markets across North America and Europe, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the Nordic markets. Coverage combines licensed financial datasets with filings, earnings transcripts, investor relations materials, news, and regional economic data.
The depth and available history vary by company, market, and dataset. Asia, Africa, and Latin America are on the expansion roadmap. Our team can walk through the names and sources your strategy needs during a demo, and the data catalog lists the current coverage.
How does AllMind use my data?
AllMind uses the documents and systems you connect to provide context for your team's research. We never train models on customer data or uploaded content, and we work exclusively with model providers that enforce zero data retention policies. We do not sell user inputs to third parties.
Customer content is encrypted and logically separated during indexing and processing. Access follows your workspace permissions and the scope of each integration, and other customers cannot access your searches or prompts. Our Security page explains how we protect your information throughout the research workflow.
How does AllMind handle privacy and compliance?
AllMind's security controls include SOC 2 Type II compliance, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, tenant isolation, access controls, and continuous monitoring. We use private model endpoints and zero data retention agreements with our model providers, and customer content is never used for model training. Third-party audits and penetration testing support our security program.
Our SOC 2 Type II report and security policies are available through the AllMind Trust Center. Some documents require an access request and may be shared under NDA, giving your security and compliance teams the materials they need to evaluate the platform.
