The Layers

AllMind OS

Six layers, from licensed data to a governed workspace. The ontology is the second of them.

01

Data Engine

6,800+ premium data sources licensed from 100+ providers and partners, plus your firm's own data.

  1. Data Engine. 6,800+ premium data sources licensed from 100+ providers and partners, with your firm's own structured and unstructured data. Sources include SEC, SEDAR+, 40+ Exchange & Venue Feeds, Broker Research, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, LSEG, MSCI, Third Bridge, Aiera + Quartr, Alt + Private Data, 6,800+ Data Sources.
  2. Ontology & Relationships. A continuously evolving map of relationships connecting trillions of data points across internal and external sources.
  3. Research Engine. A price check takes one lookup. A diligence request takes a plan, written before any work runs: each part routed to the right data and the right finance-tuned model.
  4. AI Agents. Agents draft memos, models, comp tables and earnings notes in your firm's format. One holds a watchlist overnight and tells you what moved and why.
  5. Permissions & Audit. Entitlements follow the person asking, not the agent. Every question and every export is logged, and nothing your firm sends trains a model.
  6. Governed Workspace. Chat, reports, grids and the data room are one workspace, not four tools. Work stays where your team can find it, with its sources still attached a quarter later.
  7. AllMind. All six layers become one system. Ask in plain language, and what comes back traces to the document it came from.
What Changes

Why Institutions Choose AllMind.

Public equity research, end to end. Built for asset managers, hedge funds, sell-side research desks and investor relations teams.

One place instead of fifteen

Market data, live news, filings, estimates, ownership, private-market records, included aftermarket broker research, Expert Insights and alternative data sit on one map. Live broker research follows your firm's entitlements, and your own memos and models join the same system.

6,800+

premium data sources licensed from 100+ providers and partners, plus your firm's own information.

It tells you when it doesn't know

Every number traces back to the document it came from, with the calculation behind it visible. When a field cannot be sourced it gets flagged, not left sitting there looking current.

Every point

traceable to the document it came from

Your process, encoded

Your screens, your metrics, your gates, your template become steps the agent repeats the same way every time. Set the rule once and it runs on your cadence, reporting the exceptions rather than another refreshed table.

Your gates

run in your order, showing the calculation at each step

Depth without a ceiling

Agents run as long as the work takes, whether that is seconds, minutes, hours or days, holding everything they have read in view. A single answer can weigh millions of documents.

750M+

documents connected behind one answer.

Our Vision

Every research team we sit with has the same models we do. A model will read anything you hand it, and it has no idea what to hand itself. Ask which names you cover trace back to the same supplier, or which of your positions carry the exposure that just repriced, and the hard part is knowing where to look.

We built a continuously evolving market map that gives AI a connected layer to understand how everything fits together. It tracks which suppliers affect margins, which broker estimates connect to your research, and which footnotes move which numbers. That relationship layer is what we call ontology.

One managing director, with forty years in sell-side research, used to spend three weeks on a single initiation report. Most of that time went to rebuilding the links between a company, its key insights, and everything that touches it. He can start without having to learn or find those links himself. That is the vision: a connected layer that helps investment professionals focus on what matters most and go deep into the data efficiently. When a supplier pushes margins down, the change travels across every name it touches, often revealing the one nobody thought to check. You still make the call but AI handles the tedious part.

How is AllMind different from general-purpose LLMs?

AllMind is purpose-built for institutional investors and fundamental equity research teams. It combines premium financial data from providers including S&P Global, FactSet, LSEG, and Third Bridge with regulatory filings, earnings transcripts, investor relations materials, live news, and your firm's own research. A financial ontology connects companies, securities, events, and their relationships, giving the AI financial context across these sources.

AllMind automates research workflows from company analysis and comps to earnings reviews, investment memos, Excel models, and presentations. Chat answers link to supporting passages, Grids provide citations for individual cells, and Reports connect claims to the underlying documents. Your team can move from a question to a working deliverable and inspect the evidence along the way.

The platform combines these workflows with SOC 2 Type II compliance, encryption, and tenant isolation. We never train models on customer data, and our model providers operate under zero data retention policies. Teams can scope their research to selected sources and use their own report templates and connected systems.

AllMind can be used through our web platform, including single-tenant options, deployed on premise, connected to compatible AI tools through MCP, or integrated into your own applications through APIs.

How AllMind compares
How accurate is AllMind's AI-generated output?

AllMind grounds its research in source material and makes the evidence available for review. Chat responses include clickable citations to the underlying filing, transcript, or report; Grids attach sources to individual answers; and generated reports link claims to supporting documents. You can open a citation, read the passage in context, and check the figure or conclusion without searching for the source yourself.

This traceability helps your team validate findings and investigate further. AI-generated research still requires analyst review, particularly for material figures, assumptions, and investment conclusions.

How does AllMind use my data?

AllMind uses the documents and systems you connect to provide context for your team's research. We never train models on customer data or uploaded content, and we work exclusively with model providers that enforce zero data retention policies. We do not sell user inputs to third parties.
