You know, we have a duty and obligation to make prudent investments and recover those. We did mention earlier that it's been 13 years since we've been in, so we've made quite a bit of investment in some water supply. We think that the, you know, the increase is substantial, but we don't want to get, you know, ahead of what that is. Affordability continues to be important to us and to our customers.
