Retention for the full year was 58.2%, demonstrating relative affordability for our residents. Favorable absorption in Minneapolis, our largest market, led to positive blended increases of 1.1%, while in our other markets, North Dakota once again led the portfolio with blended increases of 4.5% in the quarter.
