The decrease primarily reflects the impairment loss on SuprNation goodwill. Looking beyond the impairment charge, Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2025 rose to $40.5 million compared to $35.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2024 and $37.5 million for Q3 2025. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 42.3% for Q4 2025 as compared to 42.8% in Q4 2024 and 39.1% in Q3 2025. Net cash flows provided by operating activities in Q4 2025 were $42.6 million compared to $45.9 million in Q4 2024.
